What is Avalanche?
Avalanche is a highly scalable, layer-1 blockchain platform designed to combine the security of Nakamoto consensus with the speed and flexibility of classical consensus protocols. The Architecture:

This tri-chain design separates functions for optimal performance. Its Snowman consensus protocol enables thousands of validators to achieve finality rapidly with minimal energy consumption.

Tokenomics & Security: The native token, AVAX, is used for fees, staking, and securing the network. It has a capped supply and a deflationary mechanism where all fees are burned, reducing total supply over time.
