1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coinstrooper.com and any related pages or services we operate (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2) Who we are

4) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or suspected misuse.
5) Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
7) User Content

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, publish, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Site. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.
8) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

- use the Site for commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotions without our written consent;
- circumvent usage limits or access any part of the Site you are not authorised to access.

The Site may display crypto market data, charts, articles, and links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; we provide it on an “as available” basis without warranties.
10) No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Content is for informational purposes only and is not a recommendation or an offer to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Consider seeking independent professional advice. Cryptoassets are volatile and can result in total loss.

We may publish automated posts (e.g., to Facebook, X/Twitter, Telegram) and integrate with third-party APIs. Availability of these features may change without notice. We are not responsible for outages or limitations of third-party platforms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE SECURE, AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, FREE OF VIRUSES, OR ERROR-FREE.
15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) £100 GBP OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
16) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coinstrooper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
17) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, including where we believe you have breached these Terms or pose a risk to the Site or other users. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law) will survive.
18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the UK or EEA, you may bring claims in your country of residence where required by applicable law.
19) Severability; Waiver; Assignment
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
20) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.
