You can withdraw consent or change settings through your browser and (if shown) our cookie controls. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Social and messaging integrations
- Facebook Page: We publish posts to our Page via the Facebook Graph API. If you comment or message our Page, Facebook may share your public profile/handle and message content with us.
- X (Twitter): We publish posts via X’s API. If you reply/DM, your public handle and message content may be visible to us.

Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share only as needed:
- Service providers (processors): hosting, security/CDN, email delivery, analytics, error logging, and maintenance providers that help us run the Services under contract and confidentiality.
- Legal and compliance: if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may transfer under this Policy’s terms.
8. International transfers
We may process data outside your country. Where UK/EU data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions, where applicable.
9. How long we keep data

- Support emails/inquiries: typically retained for up to 24 months for reference and dispute resolution.
- Server logs: retained up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymised.
- Analytics: aggregated or anonymised as soon as feasible; raw records typically retained up to 26 months (or shorter where configured).
- Backups: rotate on fixed schedules; data in backups is deleted upon rotation.
10. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data (access controls, encryption in transit, hardened hosting, monitoring). No system is perfectly secure; transmission is at your own risk.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request: (a) access to your personal data; (b) rectification; (c) erasure; (d) restriction; (e) portability; and/or (f) objection to certain processing (e.g., analytics/marketing). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise rights, email hello@coinstrooper.com. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within one month (or as required by law).
Residents of the UK/EEA also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., the UK Information Commissioner’s Office).
12. Do Not Track
Browsers may send “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. There is no consistent industry standard, so we do not currently respond to DNT.
13. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
