These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of coinstrooper.com and any related pages or services we operate (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Who We Are

4) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or suspected misuse.

5) Intellectual Property

The Site, including text, graphics, design, software, and other content (collectively, the "Content"), and all trademarks and logos on the Site (the "Marks"), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, publish, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Site. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.

8) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

violate any law or the rights of others;
scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or otherwise collect data from the Site by automated means without our permission;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site or any related software;
interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security (including rate-limiting, access controls, or APIs);
use the Site to transmit malware, spam, scams, or other harmful content;
impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
use the Site for commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotions without our written consent;
circumvent usage limits or access any part of the Site you are not authorised to access.

9) Market Data & Third-Party Links

The Site may display crypto market data, charts, articles, and links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; we provide it on an "as available" basis without warranties.

10) Research-Only Service; No Financial Advice

Coinstrooper is a strictly independent research and market data provider. We are not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, financial advisor, or custodian. We do not facilitate the purchase, sale, or exchange of digital assets. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. All Content, including "Trading Signals," is machine-generated for informational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a qualified professional before engaging in any high-risk financial activity.

11) Automated Research Signals

Our research engine processes quantitative indicators (including RSI, MACD, and Bollinger Bands) for the top cryptocurrencies. These signals are the result of automated algorithmic processing and do not represent human-vetted investment advice. Coinstrooper does not guarantee the profitability or accuracy of these signals, which are subject to technical lag and market volatility.

12) Automated Trading Bot

Coinstrooper Pro includes access to an automated trading bot feature ("Bot") that connects to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges (currently MEXC) via API keys you provide. By using the Bot you acknowledge and agree that:

The Bot executes trades automatically on your behalf using your own exchange account and funds. You remain solely responsible for all trading activity and any resulting gains or losses.
Coinstrooper does not hold, custody, or have direct access to your funds. All funds remain in your exchange account at all times.
Bot performance depends on market conditions, signal quality, your chosen settings (position size, TP, SL, exit strategy), and exchange availability. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You are responsible for ensuring your exchange API keys have appropriate permissions. We strongly recommend enabling only Read and Spot Trading permissions and disabling Withdrawal access.
The Bot may experience downtime, errors, or delayed execution due to technical issues, exchange outages, or network conditions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
You must set Stop Loss levels appropriate to your risk tolerance. The Bot will not protect you from losses beyond your configured limits.
You are responsible for complying with your exchange's terms of service and any applicable laws regarding automated trading in your jurisdiction.

13) API Key Security

To use the Bot, you provide exchange API credentials ("API Keys"). You understand and agree that:

Your API Keys are encrypted before storage. Coinstrooper staff cannot view your actual API Key or Secret.
You must never enable Withdrawal permissions on API keys provided to Coinstrooper.
If you suspect your API keys have been compromised, you must immediately revoke them on your exchange and generate new ones.
We are not liable for any unauthorised use of your API keys by third parties, including in the event of a security breach, provided we have implemented reasonable security measures.

14) Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing you agree that:

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel anytime from your account billing page. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, the Bot will automatically stop and your account will revert to the Free plan. Open positions on your exchange are not affected but will no longer be managed by the Bot.
We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

15) Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we process personal data and use cookies/analytics.

16) Service Availability; Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

17) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE SECURE, AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, FREE OF VIRUSES, OR ERROR-FREE.

18) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) £100 GBP OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

20) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, including where we believe you have breached these Terms or pose a risk to the Site or other users. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law) will survive.

21) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the UK or EEA, you may bring claims in your country of residence where required by applicable law.

22) Severability; Waiver; Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

23) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.

24) Proprietary Data & Scraping

While we provide high-quality data for a large number of assets, much of this data is proprietary or aggregated under licence. Systematic or automated data collection (scraping) of Coinstrooper research data without our express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account and IP suspension.
