XRP price traded near $1.37 as Bitcoin hovered around $77,321 and Ethereum held near $2,536. The CLARITY Act continued to be a top priority since it has the potential to establish a federal framework for oversight of digital assets.  The uncertainty about the operating rules has been extended for exchanges, issuers and institutional investors. Lawmakers face pressure to advance the measure, although political disagreements continue slowing its progress.
