Criminal networks operating across Southeast Asia and the broader Asia Pacific region stole between $88.3 billion and $114.1 billion from victims in 2025, with a significant portion of those proceeds moving through crypto channels, according to data released by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) this week.
