Michael Saylor, executive chairman of Strategy, has expressed confidence that Bitcoin’s integration into mainstream finance will continue, despite the failure of the CLARITY Act to pass in the Senate. The CLARITY Act, which aimed to provide a comprehensive regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies, did not advance after a 49-50 procedural vote in the Senate. The bill fell short of the 60 votes required, leaving the crypto sector without the wide-ranging regulatory clarity it had sought for years.
