Yuga Labs launched it on 17 October 2026 at ApeFest in Charleston. Two players compete on a board with nine squares, each brings 14 cards, and before every match each player puts up one card as an ante, which the winner keeps. Each of the 120 cards in the first set, “Swamp Origins”, exists in print and as an NFT on Solana, and the two forms are meant to be exchangeable for each other. Holders get packs for free: at ApeFest every Ape guest received a box, additional boxes cost 99 US dollars according to attendees, and on eBay boxes are now listed from 1,684 US dollars.
