Ethereum [ETH] has continued to hover between $1.5k and $1.6k amid prolonged market weakness. At press time, the altcoin was trading around $1,591 after rising slightly by 0.85% on the daily charts.  As the ETH market struggles persist, high-net-worth investors are capitulating and exiting at a loss.
