Hyperliquid Strategies has raised its equity facility with Chardan Capital Markets from $1 billion to $2.5 billion, increasing the company’s access to capital through future share sales. In a filing submitted Tuesday to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Hyperliquid Strategies announced an amendment to its equity facility purchase agreement with Chardan, first established in October 2025. The amendment lifts the aggregate gross purchase price of newly issued common shares that Chardan may buy from the company.
