House of Doge Inc. and its U.S. subsidiary have until December 31, 2026, to eliminate the word “Doge” from their corporate names as part of the terms ending an exclusive trademark agreement with the Dogecoin Foundation. This requirement was revealed in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 23, 2026.
