Greece’s parliament voted through a crypto tax framework on 5 November that puts a 10% rate on capital gains from token transfers and pulls staking, lending and DeFi yield into the interest-income regime at 15%. The bill cleared the chamber as part of a 390-article omnibus covering loan servicing, accounting reform and several EU directives, and the crypto provisions sit in articles 42 to 57.
