Franklin Templeton has filed for two exchange-traded funds that would turn U.S. stock dividends into Bitcoin exposure, giving traditional equity portfolios a built-in BTC accumulation mechanism. The proposed Franklin US Equity Bitcoin DRIP Index ETF and Franklin US Innovation Bitcoin DRIP Index ETF would track VettaFi indexes built around U.S. equities and a secondary Bitcoin allocation. The broad-market version follows the VettaFi US Large-Cap 500 Bitcoin DRIP Index, while the innovation version follows the VettaFi US Innovation 100 Bitcoin DRIP Index.
