Ex-SEC acting chair: Crypto cases dropped early 2025 over court credibility
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has withdrawn several civil enforcement actions targeting cryptocurrency companies that were initiated under the prior administration, SEC Commissioner Mark Uyeda said.
