Dash has shipped its Orchard-based privacy pool to production, positioning the Dash Orchard privacy pool as a shielded transfer system that pairs private credit movements with confirmation times of roughly one second. The launch centers on Dash Platform v4.0.0, which introduces a Shielded Pool built on a fork of Zcash’s Orchard protocol, alongside the network’s long-standing fast-finality design.
