For most of Crypto.com’s 140 million users worldwide, Monday passed without a ripple. For the exchange’s retail customers in Hong Kong, the day brought the kind of notice that resets a timeline: the consumer app will stop serving them on February 1, 2027, and between now and then they will be handed instructions on closing their accounts and withdrawing whatever is left inside them.
