The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed a lawsuit against Cash FX Group S.A. and several individuals, alleging that they operated a $950 million fraudulent scheme involving retail forex trading. The case, submitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, names Cash FX Group S.A., CEO Huascar Jose Lopez Castillo, The Conversion Pros Inc. and its CEO Ronald Pope, as well as Justin Halladay, as defendants.
