Blockchain.com has entered into a memorandum of understanding with NYSE Group, aiming to introduce tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs to its platform through the New York Stock Exchange’s planned digital trading venue. The partnership would allow Blockchain.com users around the world to access tokenized versions of top U.S. equities and ETFs, with the ultimate goal of providing round-the-clock access outside traditional market hours. Tokenized stocks, built on blockchain technology, represent actual shares in listed companies and are designed to facilitate fractional ownership, extended trading hours, and faster settlement than conventional equities.
