The Bitcoin price is back on a path toward $250,000 in traders’ talk after the biggest buyers returned. Strategy added 1,665 BTC for $142.7 million between September 21 and 27 (Strategy, September 28), and U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs took in $2.39 billion the same week (BeInCrypto).  Fundstrat’s Tom Lee still holds a $200,000 to $250,000 target, and with BTC at $85,329 on October 5, 2026 (CoinMarketCap), the gap is the story, and a Bitcoin run never stays with Bitcoin alone.
