ARK Invest, the investment firm led by Cathie Wood, has announced the tokenization of its ARK Venture Fund, bringing one of its flagship products onto the Ethereum blockchain. Securitize, a provider of digital asset infrastructure, will manage the onchain issuance and investor services for the fund. This move aims to merge traditional investment funds with blockchain technology, opening up new avenues for investor participation and asset management.
