An on-chain compliance framework for bonds, consistent with Swift standards and enabling compliance rules to be shared across blockchains, has been put in place by Apex Group, Chainlink, T-REX Network and the ERC-3643 Association. Apex Group said the approach lets institutions distribute tokenised assets across networks without rebuilding the compliance framework for each one.
