That valuation exceeded monthly employee compensation as of April 2026, according to the 335-page prospectus. The personnel side includes salaries, bonuses, benefits and contributions, but excludes equity awards. The filing says the value assigned to internal usage increased more than 250-fold between January and September 2026.
