Nine European banks join forces to launch a MiCA-compliant euro stablecoin, dedicated to crypto, designed on-chain. The consortium includes ING, Banca Sella, KBC, Danske Bank, DekaBank, UniCredit, SEB, CaixaBank, and Raiffeisen Bank International. First issuance targeted: second half of 2026.
