New York Mayor Eric Adams announced Sunday that he won’t seek reelection, casting a shadow over the city’s digital asset ambitions.  Adams released a video on X, explaining that financial strain following the federal bribery and withheld funding left him no choice but to exit the race. He stated, “The constant media speculation about my future and the campaign finance board’s decision to withhold millions of dollars have undermined my ability to raise the funds needed for a serious campaign.”
